Ha! It is cold here too in the north of England, the sun does shine here though, usually. I come from South Africa and my friends tell me it is BOILING there at the moment, so there you go Maurice, off you go, to South Africa! Cape Town is absolutely beautiful.

your portraits are turner-esque….only with more ooomph! i love the command of the paint you have, while still allowing it to be free…not an easy thing to master in this medium. thank you so much for following my watercolor blog. i am really very humbled.
