Thank you, Dulcinea. I’m to be given a one-man retrospective at Eastern Connecticut State University (115 paintings), opening Oct. 24, until Dec. 12. If you are in the neighborhood, I can thank you in person.
Wonderfully captivating. Reminds me of a Renaissance (maybe Baroque) painting I saw in a book once…as if the entire sky were opening to some grand heavenly host. Beautiful.
Beautiful Maurice! Best wishes on your one-man exhibition at Eastern Connecticut State University – folks are in for a wonderful presentation of your works!!
Wow! What really strikes me about this one is that I’m pulled two directions. This is either something magnificent about to be revealed or some great tragedy is taking place up there. I like that push and pull, Maurice. Stunning!
Maurice, I hope you don’t mind but I added an image of this painting to our new Living Deliberately Project post. I love this one and thought it captured my mood.
Wonderful use of color and brush strokes.
